A contact from mutual friends came to me. He had a rattling noise which was very bad. He swapped the engine and the sound was coming since then. He had no clue about it.
No one in saddar had any clues what the issue was about. Few people opened chamber and had a look at crankshaft 
This person contacted me and told me his issue. I diagnosed him timing chain.
And he had a bad timing chain because of bad cam gear from inlet side. It was slipping.
Parts to be replaced are
Cam gear
Cams because old cams are seized.
Then timing chain adjuster and whole kit.
Got it from mushtaq.
And alhamdulilah b14 is about to roll soon after iftari.
