I have once done Head Gasket replacement on QG18, i ordered Fel-Pro Head Gasket set with Fel-Pro Head Bolts, these both costed me $90. And car was good to go, early QG18 had some issue of head gaskets so had to do it.

Yes! no oil antifreeze mixing but cyl 3 misfiring.

Once QG18 used to bog down at revving it it wont rev past 1K rpm and MAF was busted, replaced with Bosch item and voila.

I had the same issue of cyl3 misfire too at start up. Car use to shake on idle

you had a cyl-cyl gasket breach. - that is a different case.

Yes but like two months ago it was as i mentioned above but at the end gasket was crossed.

for your info, QG has long ago been overhauled by a pakwheels member if i am not mistaken. but it was rebuilt like it should be, all parts sourced from outside of country I think Dubai, don't know exactly. anyway, you have spent 25k on this rebuild and you could have easily bought the head assembly in this much price. i think you have not done the right thing. anyways, best of luck.

@star2 bro reason was, engine i was getting was for 35k was low on budget secondly. The one i got wasn't also 10/10 it had valve missing from start.

But now it's good as new alhamdulilah. I'm enjoying it's response. Response has been increased like 3x

Head assemblies weren't good. I checked this option too.

you also mentioned a metallic knocking noise from the engine, that happens when you have gasket breach between cylinders.

Test compression after redoing engine it should be more then 170 on all cylinders and difference should not be more than 10 b/w cylinders. These Nissan engines are anvils, they can last very long if properly taken care of, i have myself seen a QG18 sentra having 480000kms.

There's been a big miscommunication...
The diameter of rings which i mentioned was totally incorrect.

Rings which i used were 82mm. And they were slightly grinded and brought to standard 81mm.

The area where ring sits was full of carbon so kharad people used tool on it slightly so that the Rings are not very tight.

So mashallah car is going good.

Response is like purely of a monster.

Spins wheels in second gear of throttle fully.

Bigger throttled installed.

Car is smooth n sound
