it seems that vehicle was parked in open area and rain water / mud accumulated over period of time. allow me to suggest please clean all debris & mud deposits. Circular Metal brush on waxing rotor will do the job quicker and faster. Our local desi ustaad class doesn't have clue how to start working upon such vehicles. For them its a Gold mine, without cleaning they will pull their surgical torch and start butchering the metal.
if you have time to supervise such surgeries kindly make sure. vehicle is clean, rust & chipping is clearly visible patches are removed in surgical precision.
