is your chonda 72cc or 78cc ?
@option 1 requires horrendous amount of work/expense/maintiannce.

78 cc chonda already have that cylinder (its 86cc in reality) .. head is already star type..
not sure which sd 110 is refrenced.. if its suzuki then , suzuki piston uses 14mm wrist pin and our chonda uses 13mm so not compatible..
however hd 110 piston is 52.4 mm flat top 13mm wrist pin and 'can' be installed.. but stock cylinder bore of 72/78 cc bikes is 47mm... the maximum that you can bore it is to 50mm for qingqi piston.. beyond that you would need a new 110cc/107 cc cylinder and their 0 size is 52.4mm..

i also altered my bike .. you can ready my post .. to see what problems i faced.. currently i am on stock bike with only alteration done is pb19 carb... pod air filter... qingqi piston in stock cyliner bored to 50mm..
i would recomedn a new 110cc engine ... as altertion throws many things out of proportions.. gear ratios... cdi..plug heat range.. compression ratio.. cooling system... improper sized valves (valves meant for 70cc would have to bear the pounding of 110 or 125 cc ) ,, oil pump with insufficiant pressure.. improper bike fuel meterign (carb)..
use engine can be bought in ok condition @7-11k depending on codition..
i want to buy a stock 124cc new engine... its not available in pakistan .. we can import it from china but it would cost all in all approx 20k.. but that is a proper engine.. with all parts (carb.cdi ) .. proper sized fuel pump.. import is only possible if minimum qty is 12..
