Query about Multimedia Remote Controller of City Aspire 2018

Asalam u Alaikum
The remote controller which i got with the aspire is not working properly. I can only use one button, that is 'DISP' button which acts as 'NEXT' button ..... lols...... None of the other buttons work. Do i need to sync it somehow, or is it defective or NOT genuine? . Its Clarion wireless remote controller.

Seems like they gave you remote of audio player that comes with non aspire version. Aspire has Android unit which has different remote. I'll try to share pic of my Aspire 2018 remote tomorrow

damn i didnt check it at the time of delivery 6 months back. Now there is no point of arguing with them....... il appreciate if you share the pic of android remote.....

Yes, it is the remote of clarion cd player which comes in non aspire unit.
I have a query.
I have city non aspire having tracking world navigation unit which costed me around 55k.
I want to purchase android unit.
Can my tracking world unit be sold if yes at what prixe? Any idea.

kindly upload your Aspire genuine remote controller for 2018, I have an issue with the remote controller after replacing a cell not working, the lamp of the remote controller does not blink / light so that we can see the remote infrared is working. Please guide me, My aspire unit picture is attached.
