Any ac tech can fix it as long as they have a stepdown transformer, if you have a transformer yourself and the ac is plugged in, the voltage is not a big deal or a showstopper.

Its still single phase.

I'm pretty sure it has the same components as a 220v one and if you have a 110v supply I think the voltage aspect is already taken care of. What the issue though?

Normal split/a.c technicians do not work on 110 volts ship a.c that is why topic was posted on forum.

They refuse to work on it because they dont have a way to start and run the ac unit, they only have 220v at their facility.

If they need to take the ac unit at their shop, let them take the 110 transformer you have so they can work on it.

If your tech/mechanic is refusing to work on a 110v running and connected ac at your place, fire him and hire a real mechanic. This one is probably a clown.
