Question about booking a new car

I'm interested in booking a car through dealer for the first time, need to understand some basic stuff.

I've heard that if you make partial payment (not full car price) and the price of car goes up by the time of delivery, then I have to pay the new price. What if the price of car (by some miracle) goes down, does that mean I can pay the new lower price?

The car I'm interested in is dfsk glory 580, seems really good on paper. Lets assume, I do the booking but after launch the feedback from others isn't good. Can I cancel my booking and get a refund? What if I had made a full payment, am I still able to request a full refund before taking delivery?

Every company has their own policies. For Toyota and Honda final price is decided at the time of delivery regardless if you make partial or full payment. Sometimes companies do give relaxation mostly to full payment orders but sometimes to partial payment orders as well but it rarely happens.

Suzuki policy is price is final at the booking time.

You can check the terms and conditions on the provisional booking order for Glory 580.

You can cancel your booking and again it depends on the companies terms and conditions, how much refund will you get full and how much time will it take for the refund etc.

No company can cut money on refund, they will give it in full, takes around 2 months or so

From a legal stand point they can. If they don't do it, its a different point altogether.

Its called a cancellation fee.
