Hi, I want to know keh koi japenense car sale ya buy kerni ho tu kya uski registration book ke ilawa uski file hoti hai koi? aur yes tu uski kya importance hai, ager kisi car ki file na ho tu kya sale/buy kerne mein koi problem hona chahye? Plus please batayen k safe method payment receive kerne ka konsa hai..Bank deposit?

Yes, her imported gari ki eik import file hoti hai jismei custom clearance, shipping, all taxes cleared receipts hoti hai. Aaj say kuch ursa pehlay tak excise is file ko dekhay bina gari transfer nahi karti thi (paisay lagao tau ho jati thi)

A Car without a File is technically has ZERO Value.
You must have the file for the car (exception cases are of Islamabad)
Make Sure that you have the file in case of Local or Imported Vehicles.
Transactions should be in banking timings to be on safe side.

Can you please guide me further about the payment , If I have to get the payment, should I be present in the bank, and should take any receipt or acknowledgement that I have handed over the book and file etc. It will be helpful for me if I get to know this. And any other safety measure that I should take care of, based on your experience. And if a buyer offers the cash, then what to do. What risks are attached with this.

Yaar eik stamp paper pay get a sale deed made which you and the seller would sign - buyer keeps the original while the seller keeps the copy of the deed - that’s your receipt and proof that an asset transferred ownership for x amount of money.

Cash is fine ONLY during bank timings and only when you can deposit it, that kicks the counterfeit aspect out of the equation. Just let the buyer know that you’d accept cash in the bank.
