Officially asked there is always a denial. what people do is they buy a car under banking arrangement, register & park it. 4 - 8 weeks later they pay off 100% and de-register the car. get an NOC for export as Pre-owned used car since the VIN carry a history of regn & ownership. warranty & terms remain unchanged as the dealership get paid and are bound to uphold the integrity of brand name. Under no circumstances dealership can block export of a pre-owned paid off car anywhere.
people are doing it from USA shipping to KSA & GCC, specially Camry & Lexus which even after landing and payment of 5% is approx. 18,000 - 25,000 dirhams cheaper then alfuttaim is offering. pay 5000 dirhams extra and get warranty coverage.
Texas specs Toyota Tundras Camries & Lexus are landing in UAE OMAN & KSA without a hitch.
