Quetta looks Beautful in Winter as by view of Chiltan, Murdar and other Top are covered with Snow. But its always projected as area with Violence.
I think Quetta Peoples only make difference by promoting them self as Liberal and by welcoming others as i personally found by living in Quetta that peoples still thinks and Belive that other Provinces are other Country's part. It just my feeling other may differ with it.
