Not easy for most people.
When i decided to quit it, i quitted it. I was not a chain smoker though.
Now after several months of quitting smoking i have started vaping. Much better than stinking tar filled traditional cigarettes. No one dies from vaping (unless you use a crap lithium battery in mod and it blows in your face)
