When engine reaches 91c fan runs but in slow speed, earlier it runs fast. Why ?
It can be the relay which supply current to it.Ask electrician to change it or replacing it with new one can solve the issue.
i think it is normal, my Yaris also does the same.. spins slow at lower engine temp, and then when it reaches a certain point or A/C is turned on it spins fast.
