backwards running fan? how blind do you have to be not to see that - just look at the fan blade and see where its lower points are relative to the spin, if you imagine it sitting on the ground flat - the blades should act like a spade digging up dirt when normal rotation is applied - that way you know the fan blade is oriented correct.
If your engine is cooled by tap water - specially a mehran then the steel pipe that carries coolant to the pump (vaturrbaady) would be rusted internally and actually have a tiny size - this will overheat the engine as water/coolant/liquid cannot pass through this tiny pipe.
