Brothers mere pas mehran old model 2004 hai,in good condition with ac installed.mera yeh swal hai mere mechanic ne mujhe kaha k garmiyun mein fan direct krwa lein aur thermostat valve nikal dein.wrna apka head gasket khrab ho jae ga.kia yeh us ne durust kaha.??kia fan direct krwa laina chaie ya thermostat nikal dein ya dono Kam kr lein jaisa mechanic ne kaha,plz reply

Apna thermostat valve ,water body, radiator aur uski cap inspect karwayen kay wo theek halat main hain ya nahi. Us ke bad coolant dal dain. Inshallah, aap ki gari overheat nahi ho gi. Radiator fan direct karwani ki koi zaroorat nahi hay.

No need to remove thermostat valve and direct Fan.. it,ll ruin your engine..I kept Mehran for 8 years.. carborator and efi both.. Enjoyed AC continuesly .never faced any issue of heat up..fan was auto.. engine ko aik khas temperature py ana chaiye theek sy operate krny k kiye..Jo fan direct kr k nai jyega..

You must be using coolant.... using thermostat with water is a great recipe to cook your head gaskit...

Using water means there will be rust in cooling system.... Rust can make your thermostat valve stuck and in 15 to 20min.... head gaskit would be ready to serve...

Corrosion is a slow process... Aik dam sy damage ni hoga thermostat valve..but yes water was never Recomended.. whole cooling system flush is recommended.. thermostat line open kr k e pata chal jyega system mein rust hai ya ni.. but still direct fan and no thermostat is not recommended

Change your mechanic.

Suzuki were not stupid to install an expensive thermostat, an expensive thermoswitch and its wiring to keep the engine at correct temperature.

If your mechanic is smarter than suzuki motor co. japan then ask him to apply for job or consultancy there in their powertrain engineering division.

Fan switch on for 5 to 10 second ,and repeat after switching about 1 minutes,is it correct working or not ,but when ac on then heat needle coming back slowly to mean position . because fan is direct work with ac

Auto fan is switching when needle reach at this position pic attached ,and fan auto working start with interval of time ,but needle remain at its position .not coming back to zero position ,is it correct position for heat needle ,for vehicle or not??

What was the temperature rating of fan switch and thermostat valve?

Something like
90°c or 98°c

Temperature needle seems on a bit lower side, should be at center, but you Temperature guage might have gone bad, if switch and thermostat rating is fine, you are good to go...
