Radiator issue in Honda City 2010

I have Honda City 2010, recently i have facing issue of decreasing water from radiator and moves to reservoir tank. The reservoir tank water level increases from max and reaches to full tank.
Will anyone of you let me know the issue i have been facing.

your car needs to be tested properly, their maybe a fine leak somewhere. where are you located

recently checked and washed radiator. the issue is that radiator passes coolant to reservoir tank but the reservoir tank dont return the coolant to radiator, due to which the level of coolant increases in reservoir tank and decreases in the radiator.
everything is ok no leakage or blockage.

just bought a radiator cap, will replace and wait for the result. Hopefully this time everything will be fine. Thanks for your valuable advise @ToxicDevil

Please ensure that you bought that from authorized Honda dealership. These are small components playing a big part in the overall mechanism.

Possibly radiator cap is leaking. Get a good cap or as Hamza mentioned, best to buy one from authorized dealer. hot summer days are coming and you cannot be more cautious about the cooling system of your car. get the system thoroughly inspected to prevent any issues.

Replace radiator cap and ensure when car is dead cold resorvoir level is not more then half mark.

The issue remains the same after replacing the radiator cap. Either i have purchased a low quality radiator cap or their is another issue. what should i do next ? Pls help

Replace radiator cap with OEM part. And get your radiator pressure checked for leakage, even a pinhole leak can cause it.

I have honda city 2006 from last three years. It's performance was awesome but from last few weeks it is reducing water level in radiator so i changed its cap and also services radiator but the problem remain same.
What should I do now?
Anyone can help?

ask your mechanic to check your radiator top, may be you need to rplacce radiator top. I have made a video regarding radiator please check. link below,
