Radiator Overflowing Coolant in Reservoir Bottle - Need Solution

Hi,

I am facing a very complex issue in Suzuki Liana.

When the RPM is under 2000-2500 the car runs very smoothly and there is no problem while driving.

But when I drive the car on Motorway, And the RPM goes above 3000, the radiator start overflowing water from radiator to the reservoir and ends up heating once the entire water is finished from the radiator.

I have changed the radiator cap
I have cleaned the radiator as well.
Replaced the radiator as well.

But still I am facing the same issue.

Now, some mechanic in RWP has suggested to change the head-gasket which is creating pressure and letting the water overflow from the radiator.

What do you guys suggest?

Have you replaced thermostat? Sounds like it's stuck.

There are two different kinds of radiators on liana and swift, both have different caps which look the same from top.

One is a mini cap and one is a microcap, if you have a microcap on a mini head it will boilover.

If I'm not wrong. This is a very common problem all Liana owners faced that the radiator bottle would empty up every few days.

But the problem never came in Swift.

Yeah for Islamabad you can come to me for extensive testing and confirmation of this gasket thingy.
Nearly out of 40 lianas, 35 had no issues with gaskets instead rear metal hose pipe, heater hoses, cng kit water inlet hoses or T joint, radiator tank seepage even in new radiator. So one has to look with a hawk eye while finding traces of coolant and most importantly coolant pressure leak test.

The headgasket on a suzuki M13 is pretty nicely clamped solid. Infact the suzi M13 is a pretty solid engine overall. You can beat it up and it still smiles at you.

Yes but the mechanics rip the gasket off and always say sir jee valve nikalna parega pankha direct hoga.
Warna ye gari nai chalegi

Thick gasket results in bad compression
And cooling system runs on juggar.

And moreover I've recieved many lianas with burn ecu ic because Desi mechanics think coolant sensor ko direct karna hoga, the way in Toyota 12 valve carby engines lol

They don't know what is coolant sensor.

They short out the 3 wire sensor?

Liana has 2 pin coolant sensor and they short it up.
And sometimes they try feeding fan ground that comes out from ecu with 12v and then you have to change ecu ic or change the ecu. Illiterate mechanics and then they say liana is not a good car.
