Rs 3500/- for radiator (plastic tank one) new not kabli
Rs 330/- per liter for zic coolant
Rs 300-350/- for rad cap.....

so it would be around Rs 4000/-

Depends on location. Kabli costs 4000-4500 with fitting from pak korea motors in pindi (IJP road one)
