I think there are some leakages in the system, and / or, the repair work was not done satisfactorily.
If problem persists, prefer to go for a brand new radiator, and if finances are an issue, go for a used one.
Its not normal.
Instead of water, prefer to use a good quality coolant, mixed with water in 50:50 ratio, but 1st, rule out leakages, or radiator issues.
Fan must be on auto, and PCV Valve installed.

Good to know that finally, your issue got resolved.
The pipe looks in a very bad shape, also seems like previously attached with the help of jubilee clips and a lot of silicon. Try to use only correct size spring type hose clamps, they don't leak normally (@Xulfiqar).Inspect other rubber hoses as well in the cooling system for deterioration.
Yes one steel pipe is also leaked with a minor hole but Alhamdulillah coming to home after resolving the issues...
Good to know ur issue is resolved. But jab cooalnt drain kr k daltay hain toe let the engine run and warm up for some time (radiator fan comes on at least twice) and then refill the radiator till the neck and intall radiator cap. If you didint do this then u will find that coolant level is low again next time u will check. But it should not t happen multiple times and it should not take a lot of water, if it does then it means there is a leak. Senior wheelers correct me if i am wrong about this
