It can end up costing more as the 660cc engine is unsuitable and swapping 1100cc with appropriate diffs can end up costing a lot. If you find one with that done it can be a good option but you need to have it checked thoroughly as it can be very problematic if not maintained properly. Rav4 is 2000cc. If it was 1800 it would be perfect.
Additionally try contacting the people who run in stockD. They would guide you better but i think they will recommend the suzuki.
