My honda city 2016 was showing a range of 20km. After this, I fill my tank with 4ltrs, but the range still shows 16 km, after this, I again fill my tank with 4ltrs, but still, the range is 16km, and the fuel gauge doesn't go up.
You need minimum 8 to 10 liters of fuel if the tank is empty to show up on the meter, honda city's fuel gauge sits in the fiel tank that way.
i have same model. . .reserve fuel is at 6L. . .so ur 8L refill will show 16km per 2L above reserve. . .low fuel indication light comes up @ 7.9LKK
@kamyykk I recently bought honda city 2016 1.3 manual. I am confused that when range is 130 it takes only 24.30 liters to top up tank. manual tank full.95k driven. previous user was using shell 10w40.Should I use same or change?
10w40 is fyn. . .range is zero when needle hit red mark and that moment 6L is still in tank. . .auto refill is 40L and manual refill is 42L full tank. . .if 130km range refill 25L that means u already have 16-17 L and getting 10-11 kmpl mileage only !KK
