Ratti Gali & Patlian Lake, AJK

Day 3: We were ready at 06:30 AM as patlian lake track is lengthy & very tough. Hired same driver as he was from Upper Neelam & very gentle man. From Upper Neelam to Patlian Lake Jeep rent is @ 10,000/- & from Dwarian it is 8500/-. Normally, tourists do not know about Patlian Lake and even locals. It's less visited place but it's really worth place and i recommend Patlian than Ratti Gali. Basically Patlian is on the back side of Ratti Gali but route is different. one track is under preparation from in between Ratti Gali track towards Patlian Lake.

We take breakfast at Dwarian and started the travel. It's approx. 3.5 hrs jeep track & then half an hour walking track.
The track is really beautiful but lengthy, tough & dangerous during rain. Normally jeeps does not travel if there is rain.
Please note that there is no food shop or any khaba during complete track. You may have heavy breakfast at Dwarian & put food stuff with you.

We reached Patlian lake end of jeep track from where you walking track of 30 min. Weather was going bad as snow fall started. Clouds, snow & wind was playing the role side by side. But track was excellent and one loves to walk in superb environment.

Now here is Patlian lake like Heaven on Earth which our Allah Subhano gifted us. As the weather was bad and lake view was not cleared. For that reason, i have to sit one hour at the bank of lake to capture. As it is covered with clouds and snow falling continues but finally succeeded to capture some snaps.
