Bro new bike,s does not need any kind of tuning because they are on their best factory setting better tune your bike then when it will create some problem like fuel average etc... i was tuned my newly purchased bike after 5k at the moment you have to increase your bike speed gradually don,t run it 0 to 40km/h

But the tappets are noisy and thats annoying , will set that on 1000km and wont interfere with fuel setting etc , till now fuel average going above 50kmpl lets c how much i achieve on the 1st tank

Am i not supposed to cross 40kph during break in period ?
Even my mechanic advised not to overspeed as tappets are noisy

As HAMIKHAN said no need for tuning. oil change is important not tunning. carburettor ki setting bhi kharab ho jati hain. And just bike ko mazay say chalao no need to speed it only at 40 km and drive safe with helmet on.

Changed oil at 150 kms and then at 500 kms poured liquimoly this time , it feels very much better than zic

Between , what is normally done at 1st service or 1000 kms service ?

If your do not increase speed of your bike then ring piston+valves will not make proper seat in head cylinder improper seating means you will face bad fuel average+top speed+pressure leakage from valves seat & tappet noise is due to valves+its seats because they are not properly met until now run your bike on varying speed your tappet noise will be disappeared

Reserve fuel level kicked in today so refueled the bike , got it refilled in 650 rs completely and had covered 540kms in it , got an average of 61kmpl , is it good enough for a 78cc chonda ?

Really happy with the liquimoly engine oil performance , have just driven around 45 kms yet ,
The engine got really smooth , a clear improvement in throttle response , specially low end torque i feel alot of improvement , no need to downshift now even at lower rpms

Also tried to speed , achieved 75kmph , didnt have a clear road to achieve more but the bike was going quite easily

The gear shifting plus the clutch is really soft to use now with lm oil plus decreased misshifts now

If i stick to 20w-50 liquimoly through out the year will dat cause any damage ?

today my mechanic also advised me to floor the bike as i have covered 500 kms in 40 kmph

I think understanding the break in would help decide when a engine is newly rebuilt/assembled it ring surface and cylinder both are bit rough in order to seal ring nicely with cylinder wall if you rev it high the ring and cylinder wall would get smooth and would loss compression holding capacity low compression = weak engine
