Ravi 78cc bike

My dear respected member saboor Don,t ask him to stick to under between 0 to 40km/h search on net you will find a lot of info regarding how to break in i again insist if you want complete break in salman dear run your bike on varying speed

Please don't misguide some one

Complete break in with care

Finally done with break in period , got it tuned
Cleaned air filter , tappets tighten
L , all nuts and bolts of the bike tighten ,
Issues which i had
Sticky throttle cable
Sometimes miss shifts while upshifting
Both issues resolved , added a little oil into throttle cable and dat issue got resolved
For clutch he opened that lid on which ravi is mentioned and dis assembled a part inside it and greased it well and reinstalled and the issue is gone
Chain also tightened

Switched to winter grade engine oil as mentioned in the manual
Poured liqui moly 10w-40

Things noted after tune up
Bike feels really light and smooth
Engine noise reduced alot
Clutch is super soft
Suspension feels much better and responsive now

Luving liquimoly 10w-40
No hard clutch or engine lag even on cold start , has made the engine even smoother then before

Another thing
Replaced the rear view mirrors with oem honda cd70 mirrors , costed 350 rs but they are really good in terms of visibilty and covers alot more area

Refilled the fuel today for 2nd time , got an average of 61 kmpl ,
The rear brake light and number plate assembly vibrates on 50+ kmph , any remedies for that guyz ?

I bought. Cd70 . Drove 180 km .. But in 4 gear it don't go over 40 although I don't push it over 40 but this is maximum it goes

A wise decision to buy honda
Is dat issue all the time or only when the bike is cold ?
My bike also felt quite stiff in the beginning wouldnt go much after 40-50 kmph , but gradually got better !
Pour in thinner oil like 10w-40 on oil change will reduce the resistance !
After 1st tune up the bike is really responsive and goes quite well specially low end torque and acceleration

It's just 180 km driven ... Max going is 40 although I m not pushing it to go beyound let see ... As per manual oil change is after 500 km let see hopefully things will improve after 1000 and tunning

Yes bro nuthing to worry about , it will improve alot
Better not push it too much till 1st oil change then u may , just a suggestion
Do share fuel consumption and which grade engine oil u will use ?

i have refueled twice till now and have got 61 kmpl fuel average in both refills

bro its 78 cc
top speed i havent checked not that professional rider yet

brake is good enough ! although i feel sometimes the rear tyre is a bit too thin !

net weight i didnt check bro

yes v durable till now although too early to say that , have tried a bit high speed on rough terain and it handled well , wuz quite smooth on the bumps which i didnt expect

the only and major fault in it is signs of rust starting to appear already ! other then that its great i am happy with it

Yes i do have the manual let me check in that !

Rust appeared in frame jahan rear tyre attach hota hai frame mai ! Othet then that in chrome fenders , will click pics of rusted areas and share here

Seat was hard initially but now good enough !

Cant compare it with honda as i have never ridden one

Yes bike vibrates at high speed ?mechanic says nuthing can be done about it as its frame is very light weight it will vibrate

But the bike doesnt weight much it's feels light weight and tell your mechanic to tighten the frame bolts. The vibrations are v reasonable at 80kmph. I almost drive my bike at 70-80kmph.

Mine starts vibration at 45 kmpl till 55 then it disapears and restarts at 70kmpl !

That has been done at 1000 kms tune up
