If the sending unit in fuel tank (sensor) is not working, you can easily get a sensor of Honda Deluxe, it will work fine.

Fits perfectly, use silicone sealant to avoid leakage and you are good to go. I bought it from bilal gunj for 200, not sure what is the cost of new one

Couple of days ago, i found Ravi Piaggio's own fuel guage sensor at Al-Furqan traders, they used to be Ravi's official dealer. Anyways the cost was 1100. And it was genuine with ZPF marking on it.

Mine has an issue. It quite quickly drops level from full to 30% and drains very slowly after that. Like mobile batteries jo jaldi 30-40% PA tho chali jathi hain but gives a lot of backup in the remaining 30%.
BTW fuel consumption with distance measuremd using GPS and maintaining 60-75kmph is 45-46kmpl.
