@sbrana, you guys should try to start with 70k. if you announce 75 and then reduce if its not selling in quantity you will be punishing your early customers which can be your brand ambassadors. i would pay 75 if it had alloys or if registration is inclusive. otherwise in 2 months the price will be reduced and i dont want to kick myself then.

Just checked with a Honda dealer, Deluxe is selling for 83k so you guys want to break into a market with 8k. I agree that on paper your product looks better, but lets face the facts, it has not gone through the test of time and hence the reliability is unknown at the moment.

there is only one Dealership in KArachi. i-e: Fabricon Enterprises (Awami Markaz, Shahrah-e-Faisal). But if u need the bike it can be delivered to Karachi. in coming december, the corporate Sales division of Ravi-Piaggio are going to Arrange displays in Karachi. i'll update later.

@mamehmood, is it available in Rawalpindi? Test drives? Can you have one display piece available for display and test drives at your Islamabad service center so that Islamabad buyers can save some time and go to pindi once for buying it? Are your mechanics in Islamabad trained for servicing / repairing this bike or will it be a nightmare of transporting a broken bike to pindi if God forbid there is a problem?

talked to Mr. Sajjad from Pindi on phone. They raised the price to 76k WOW!! His estimates for registration and insurance are 3500 and 2500 respectively making it a grand total of 82k. Moreover, he says that any mechanical work or service is only available in Pindi.

I have decided to have a look at the bike before my final decision.

@mamehmood, I respect your claim but this claim is not realistic, I live very close to your service center in Islamabad, and if you consider Islamabad as your market you would have arranged a bike and brochures there, even if it was not for sale there but just for marketing purposes.

To me it sounds more feasible to train one extra mechanic rather than sending one person door to door for service which means he has to have a mobile workshop and lots of tools and equipment.

And if you are joking then put a wink or something in your message because I consider responses from you in a serious and professional capacity.

@bike_junky, yes I am planning either today or tomorrow, depends when I find time, it maybe 8:00 PM or later, the showroom is open till 10:00 PM. I can not drive in pindi, so I am planning to catch a cab, you are most welcome to join.

SMS or give me a missed call at 03452129134 and I will call you to discuss the details, I'll appreciate your presence, because I may not be able to take a test ride because I have not bought a helmet yet and the last time I rode a motorized bike was about 3 years ago so I won't be able to compare it with any other bike. I do however, ride a man powered mountain bike, full suspension fitted with Shimano shifters and derailleurs. Pics in the thread:
