Ravi Piaggio Vibrations in handle bar

Hi

Clutch lever side handle near our my bike is missing due to which my left hand gets numb after 20-20 minutes of ride.
No issue with right hand as it had the end bar weight.

As per previous owner it was stolen.

Could the hands be getting numb due to it missing?

Kisi our bike ka lag jaya ga?

agar ye missing hy to better hy k ap dono sides ko e replace ker do GS k weights sy en ko Handle Bar Weights kehty hy they help reduce the sheer vibration which can cause numbness.

One shopkeeper was selling one Piaggio 125 weight for 400rs workout the screw. It's screw is very long. He said ya screw nai miltha. But I met one Piaggio owner in the way he said it costs 1200 as he also had one missing

Yar I wasn't able to find screw. Ostazz sakrew nai miltha..

I checked at few bikes parts shops on murree Road waris khan and kohati bazar.

Alao hardware shops pa bhi nai mila

any skilled blacksmith can made these weights and screw in no time its a piece of cake for them and max cost they will face will be around 200rs. if you know anyone ask him to make them for you This is a cheap solution. expensive but better solution is to buy that piaggio weight and find some industrial shops of nuts and bolts every city have them except Islamabad go to them they have variety of sizes you will find that bolt there.

I bought the weight.
But couldn't find the long screw and bought another screw that is of different thread size and length (shorter by 1.5-2 cm)

I searched Mochi bazar, and hardware shops in pindora chowngi and this is the only screw that I found.

I will try to pull out the inner part of weigh that is inside handle bar and try to find if I can replace some nuts etc to install this thicker yet shorter size nut. Nahi tho will wield two screws.

try to find these bolts they are called Counter Head Bolts. Let me check in my city if i could find any will bring it with me to Islamabad in a few days.

This is alien screw.
Couldn't find at any shop. Searched all known hardware markets.
Neither at any bike shops.

so today i went through some shops wasn't able to find a long one in counter head but regular bolts are available upto 5 inch in 6mm, tell me if u need any

Is their thread size same as the stock one?
If yes then please buy a pair for me.

What is the thread size on stock one?
I checked dimensions of stock length is 12cm or 4.5inch, dia is 9.8mm
Threaded portion is 4.5cm.
Don't know the thread size.

Any idea I'd the long bolt that is used in 70 head for holding the cam gearari cover will work any idea of its dimensions?

chalo my kal ek pair buy ker laita hu about jugaar i just made a custom clip handle for my project i used the method used by gs150 make a bush about half inch long with 6mm inner thread, insert it in the handle pipe and weld that bush inside this way u will be able to use easily available 2 inch counter head and u will never have any problem again

bolts for my motorcycle handlebar weights 10mm size. this shop is just after passing nulla lye bridge from liaqat road
side on right side.

visit car spare part shop. they usally have old screw/bolt available. few month back i purchase 6inch screw for 20 rs. from old car spare part dealer. in karachi

I bought the camshaft cover nut of chondaz 70s bikes. It is 1cm shorter then stock and has only 2cm of threaded surface. Will try installing it.
Though it's hex size.

Removed the stock rubber and nut holding the weight bar in Piaggio I came up with this juggar.

Use chonda 70 kick stand rubber it's slightly larger then the inner dia of handle bat but with some warming we can soften it and using some force insert into handle bar.

I have yet to install it in my bike.
I m attaching pics for the benefit of others.

Here is the holder for handle weights of honda deluxe ite quite expensive but made up of wrought iron and weighs about 3oogms .

Is it just the inner portion that goes inside handle?
In my Piaggio it's hard rubber With a couple of nuts in it inside handle bar. Honda weight inner rod seems to be a proper one.

Yes bro ye buhat acha laga mjhe bht zabardast material hai and i think it can properly balance the bike due to much pretty weight of it
