Salam everyone, Some one suggested this scheme to me. Some friends told me this does not have NOC but it soon will have. Any body having any experience with this property?

Brother its best to not invest in any such scheme / property, which doesn't have a valid NOC.
Only Bahria Town is something which may not have an NOC, but still, it always keep on growing strong.
