Rawalpindi Smart Cards Being Delivered or Not?

AoA guys. Any idea whether Rawalpindi smart cards are being delivered currently. I bought a used car approx 3 months back. It is transferred on my name and biometric is ok as well. I was told smart card delivery will be delayed and delivered on home address. So far I am still waiting. From where can I check it's status? Online Punjab app isn't helping as well.

You can track status through TCS or call eto rawalpindi to check.

There is some issue going on related to Smart Cards of Punjab Registered vehicles (previous contract for smart cards probably cancelled). I was recently informed that it will take upto 3 months

Smart cards are delayed for a long time. To resolve this issue, Excise Punjab have offered E cards/ Virtual Registration Certificate in their website now. Just go to Excise Punjab website and download it by providing your car number and chassis number. It is possible that these are going to replace Smart Cards and Smart cards will not be issued anymore.
