Rawlpindi excise transfer delay

Assalamualaikum, i applied for car transfer last month 6th of july for rawalpindi registered car in Rawalpindi excise, i currently have old book not smart card, i attached both biometrics,token and tranfer recipeipt with f form and submitted it, the guy who was collecting it, i asked him dont u need
original file and book he said no, original file and book is with me, i am wondering have they changed the procedure? And by the way 1 month has passed online status still didnt changed nor any dispatching news of smart card.

N I dont want to track any thing, I just want to know peolpe experiences with Rawalpindi excise that how much time it will take to update online status and smart card delivery. N I did all process myself officially no agent involve.

just read replies on some thread people claiming it can take upto 2-3 months
and
Emtts website for tracking just put your car's reg number and it will show you where exactly your registration card is
