Re-registering an AC number car

Please help me with this..

If a car is AC-XXXX number can it be registered to a normal number plate. If so tell me how and the process..

i am assuming it is coz i just saw a car with an AA-XXX number which mean it had an FIR on it...re-registered to an AHX-XXX number.

So AC numbers are auctioned cars.... so??

bro thats an old number case. i recently sold a civic 95 which was having old numbers of karachi (one was AA-xxxx and 2nd was AB-xxxx ) and then re-r registered in 2007 having LEA-07-9797 Lahore number. BUT the car was under army use under a scheme in karachi (in which a major or above personnel can get a car with private number for his safety according to security situations in karachi ) till 2007 and then auctioned. i think this is the procedure.

ok the car was previous government owned ... then it was applied an AC number ... so now what..

can it happen??

nut according to the person he had an AA number coz he had bought the car in auction.. then inorder to increase its value he converted it to AHX ...legally..

yes now you cleared the fact. my car and this car are having same history. car is clear bro. just verify it from cplc karachi. get phone number of the deapartment. i sold mine for around 625 in exchange.

BUT HE MUST B HAVING OLD REGISTRATION BOOKS. coz late karachi numbers have return file along. so he must have the old books

yaar mujay procedure ka nai pata coz meri car ai he isi tarha the lahore number k sath. Procedure ap ko exise walay e bata saktay hain.

this is not a bakwas. this is a favour for u. but owner nay karachi mai number lagwa k ghalti ki hai. wo kahin ka b number lagwa sakta tha.
