Aoa. I have nissan Sunny 1989. My car number start with AA. Is there any way i can re register my car and get regular number ?

Commercial to Private and vice-e-versa happens, but already a registered private number shifting to alternative private number to me not possible legally

AA numbers in SINDH are issued to Federal Govt Department auctioned vehicles, The mindset of 'VALUE' due to registration number is just dealership gimmick to rip-off people. re-registration is a word not known in Pakistan Motor Vehicle Registration departments.
I am not concerned with its value i got it pretty cheap. I just want to know is there any way yo get rid of AA number. Thank alot
