AoA, I would like to know about experiences if anyone has invested in real estate project and is getting rent once full payment has been made. A lot of real estate developers are offering rents on undeveloped or developing projects if full payment has been made. Example: Amazon Mall, Mall of Arabia, Florence Mall etc
