^ as far as i remember , this was a HOT issue being discussed during the medival times in baghdad , when the so called molana hazraat had nothing productive left to do , and they started debating on useless issues.

plus ,
according to grammatical corrections as you mention ,
there are no grammatical corrections needed in Quran , as long as you read and understand it in ARABIC .
the original language of Quran is classical ancient arabic , which is not spoken these days and has evolved like all other languages.
we do not see any one speaking the OLD english do we ?

now when you would " translate" this sort of classical English to the current spoken English , you will always need additional corrections to make it understandable .
and now when translating from another language , and that too classical ancient Arabic , we always need to put certain corrections to make it understandable .
