well what can i say ,
for normal people , pichal pehri thing sounds more like a joke , but for me , as it has happened to my own dad , and his friend is a witness to the whole thing , i even talked to his friend to confirm the incident and they both share the same story .
regardless , whatsoever this pichal pehri creature is supposed to be , it is definitely to be among the species of female jinns.
my dad and his friend in there young age were on the road in the middle of the night ,
so there standing all alone on a sidewalk was a lady , dressed like a BRIDE.
my dad was driving , and his frend told him to stop the car to inquire if it was some problem that a girl in a bridal dress is alone on the road in the midle of the night. my dad stopped the car next to her . and my dads friend initiated the conversation ,
my dads freind kept asking the girl what is the matter what is wrong ,
but she did not speak a word ...
didnt even look in their direction ...
she just used to wave her hand back and forth , and told them to go ...
while my dads, friend was persistent with the conversation , my dad just took a shift , and accelerated the car , reciting ayatul-kursi loud.
on reaching home my dad took a breath and told , that he caught a glimpse of her feet , and there were no toes. ( he is still not sure if the feet were reversed or not , but is damn sure that there were absolutely no toes on her feet. it was all straight) .
and ohh yes.....
there is this other creature known as CHALLAAWAAA...
it often appears in form a a goat kid , all beautiful and innocent that you pick it up ,
and as soon as you walk a little ,
its legs grow until they touch the ground , and then it keeps getting taller....
many people have witness this in interior sind areas near to graveyards.
the highest count of the are where this creature is witnessed the most is , abbotabad , mansehra and specially BALAAKOT .

whatever these creatures are , they are for sure among the Djinn species. just in different forms.
