Really Confused with my 2.2M to 2.7M Budget

I have the options of
2014-2016 Model Altis

Then there's Civic 2014-2015

And if I go for hatch back, I can get Honda Fit.

And for older cars, I have eyes on Mark X

While for the new entrants, I have Alsvin.

I am really confused what should I get!!
Alsvin is good overall, but the brand value is not established. Altis is great for looks but interior is not too good and no features too. Civic is too low but interior is too good, and Honda Fit gives you a tonne of features but just isn't a sedan.

Civic Rebirth has sufficient ground clearance compared to Reborn or Civic X, I haven't had any issues with ground clearance even with 4 people in it. It has alot of features even when compared to Altis pre-facelift which didn't even came with Immobilizer until 2016 with those dark grey rims. Decent Mark X is 29+ anyday in current market situation while Fit is a good car itself but dealers have meter reversed them or removed airbags from them as 70% cars are accidented which come from Japan.

It gives an average of 11-12 KM/L in City with AC and about 15-15.5 on motorway if I set cruise on 115-120. Haven't faced any ground clearance issues though which I faced 1-2 times with Civic X on full load. Suspension in Civic worns out quickly if its used on rough roads and driven recklessly on un-paved roads, a reason why people prefer Corolla is that it doesn't make you feel any bumps and goes through un-paved roads quite nicely and to be honest, suspension lasts longer as well on Corolla (atleast in my case). Common issues in Rebirth is dashboard vibration in 30-50 KM/H speed which I don't exactly remember why (either it was an axle or ball-joint) which needed to be replaced. Just verify that car you're getting is genuine or not in terms of paint as you don't want to pay more for a repainted car. Make sure it's not accidented ofcourse and also take your mechanic to check engine and transmission as well. I would recommend Corolla if you frequently have travel to village areas or unpaved roads as it will be much easier to cope with. If not then, Civic is good.

Then Civic and Altis are good options. It just depends which one you like more in terms of exterior and interior.
I would not prefer Alsvin because it is less roomier than Civic and Altis and Changan's dealership network is not on par with Honda/Toyota at the moment.
Mark X is good too but a clean one may be out of your budget as @omaruser156370259465 mentioned.

Base City 1.2 Manual is for 31.30 and Aspire for 37.5, way out of budget.

Go for altis, I had one for two years and sold recently. You will like the drive of 1.6 and it's comfort and reliability. Nothing beats toyota in pakistan. You can keep it for few month and of you don't like it sell it and it will definitely get you all your money back.

u can get a 9th gen Civic OR same era Corolla...

Civic has all the bells and whistles with definately better interior being imported from thialand however most of interior parts in Corolla are Made in Karachi...

if u have opportnity, then drive both cars, let them pass through a rough patch of road and speed bumps and have a feel of drive.

afterwards it would be easy for u to make decesion whether u like bells and whistels or u love ur spine!

If considering used car, get the 9th gen oriel civic, it is a proper family car with good power and all the necessary features. Fuel average is 10+ km/l in city, highway is 15+ km/l within 120 km speed.

In similar range you can also buy Altis 1.6 but i would recommend rebirth oriel in this price, it is one step above altis with more power and features.

One of my friend coming from abroad is also in dilemma of purchasing car
He is mainly concerned about fuel economy
After a lot of deliberation we have decided to go for 1.2 A/T city instead of buying a 1.6 Corolla or any other hybrid car.
