No need to get alignment of rear torsion beam. Its impossible to align it. You would have to change torsion beam instead if cambers are seriously out.
Its a gimmick. Do not get a camber ever unless your tyre visually look like this much bend \ or this / from the side when you look at from front or back.
Alignment is the only thing for which I go to toyota dealership. They don't loot you in this.
