Reason to switch to Euro II Bolan

Could someone help me finding the reasons to switch to Euro II Compliant Bolan Cargo Van?

I am looking for reason to pitch the change of my company's fleet and would require the following information:
- Fuel Consumption Difference
- CO2 Emissions Difference

Any quick help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

It is no match when it comes to commercial fleet usage by rough drivers who are time bound for deliveries.

You can get some what better mileage on patrol being efi .
Also some more HP to haul the loads .
