Also, just to mention, the heat gauge is just 10degrees above the C level since its a direct fan connection.

Just to check if the heat gauge is working fine, I didconnected the fan for 10 mins and the gauge went up to mid level. Connected the fan again and it went back to C level.

The hot engine switch is clamped to the waterpump intake pipe on khyber, it should be in the parts catalog.

Yesterday night, I couldn't Sleep properly thinking the head gasket have gone bad again. I almost decided to abandon the project but now after reading the responses of @Xulfiqar , @nnabeel , @capsat, @hassantaewra and others, I feel energized again. Once again, many thanks to you all.

Do not loose hope ever. You have reached here so will also go forward Insha Allah. Such issues are always the part of any project and one has to be ready for it mentally as well as physically and most important Financially

Time & Money both flows in such projects.

As Nabeel bhai @nnabeel pointed out, it will be better to place rubber insulation between the condenser and the gadri.

BTW what you asked regarding all AC modes (air on face, air on legs, both, defogger air), they work perfectly on old cars too, its just about how you maintained it.

Have you cleaned solenoid (rheostat) element for float as @sardarg mentioned in post # 768

Btw,see below pic and replace/ add rubbers in red circled areas

Regarding AC modes, all modes were working before i handed over the parts and car to Quickcool, but after their working, some modes became too hard to operate. They attribute this to thick foaming that they do. Not sure about this though.

Rheostat, no, not yet. I am not sure who will help me uninstall the fuel tank and reinstall it. The mechanic (irshad) said he wont do, the denter also is delaying it. So i am just trying to figure out a way.

And yes, i will place rubbers definitely. Thabks a lot

Sir i did it. As i mentioned in a previous post, when my engine was dismantled, i took the opportunity and painted the engine room myself. Doesnt look very neat and nice but still better than having it in a completely different shade.

I will clean and remove the paint from Tikli, bonnet hinges, chassis number etc to bring it in original shape.

However, my tikli had already lost (erased) the details a long time ago.

When you will clean your tikli, it will more rub the old printed ink.
If you come across any writer near you who writes name on rice & grains pieces, contact him, they will re-write over the faded ink and make it near to Original

Went through the parts catalogue of khyber and cultus both, and finally found the switch in cultus catalogue (110 degrees)

Cultus had two types of switches

One was this screw in type and one was a clamp type depending on factory ac unit being denso or sanden/diesel kiki.

I got this from a shop arafat autos, apparently no other shop keeper has parts catalogue for me to identify. Do you think it is the right one? Or has he handed over to me the simple temperature switch instead?

Otherwise, the last resort for me is to call suzuki official dealerships and inquire.

What is this called in other parts of the world? I searched temperature switch, water thermo switch etc etc but part number as per the catalogue isnt available anywherr
