Update: drove the car for like 60ish kms yesterday between 4-7pm with varying levels of traffic. Last 4,5 kms driven with AC.

Alhamdolillah, no issues faced as such. Engine and the cooling system worked well. Lost about 100-125ml of coolant/water from the expansion bottle which I think is due to that gasket leak. 2-4 drops of water/coolant drip from the exhaust when left at idle for a few minutes.

Wanted to get the fittings done but denter was not available so going today again.

Updates: front support rod installed, petrol tank pipe replaced, front grill installed.

Bumpers and headlights also in place. However, due to vitz condenser and a fan on that, the front grill adjustment isn't very perfect.

I made sure there is no direct welding of Center Patti. Instead, installed it by use of bolts so it can be easily de-installed whenever required

This shows that Khyber is also a good car; condition is that you maintain it and keep it close to stock or FF as much as possible.

Update: got the leaking manifold packing/gasket fixed. Turns out that the gasket I had previously used (metal sheet coated with graphite) is suitable for exhaust gasket, which had badly leaked and was damaged due to water flow. Irshad suggested me to go to Qadri gasket maker and I got made another allolite sheet thick gasket. Also got hylomar from adenwalla and used it to seal.
Besides, although Irshad himself suggested to get the manifold faced, but Malik saheb checked and said that it's fine and just rubbed it with a sandpaper a few times.

The heater valve seals (since heater is not connected atm) were also leaking and we replaced that too.

Irshad charged me pkr1000 as his labor which is quite reasonable for a 2 hour labor job.

I am yet to test the car on a long drive to see if there's any further leakage

Qadri gasket maker is at Teen hatti. He charged me 200rs for that gasket. I took my manifold with me and he got me the exact same dimensions

Update: when I went to Abdul Hameed, my axles were fine and he said I can go on for another few months. However, they started making noise last month. And also the brake problem that I mentioned earlier which was giving jerks all of a sudden.

Now, as recommended by some pakwheeler in another group, I am at "Pakistan Engineering " in front of central jail. He has identified that both the front wheel bearings have gone bad and discs are out which is giving jerks.

So here I am, getting those things repaired again.

Just found out. Rear Shock has leaked. Poor service by Abdul Hameed & Sons.

get those fixed FOC, he must have provided a bill with warranty period written on it.

seems a visit to correctly torque his staff is now due, and a call from @Xulfiqar will put everything in sync for sure

Even today, I first went to his shop and asked him to check the brakes (which were giving jerks) and also told him about Shocks. Ahmed checked and said everything is OK.
Poor, poor service. It was rightly pointed out by @nnabeel that they have become cheaters and just loot anyone and everyone they can.

I should have rather installed new agri Shocks (were costing me 19k for all 4 in January)

Afzaal parted walked away about 3 years ago from that place run & operate his own shop in lines area.

Update: after Irshad adjusted tappets and I got the manifold leakage fixed, took the car on a long drive. Drove about 90kms in total (less traffic due to sunday) after filling 10litres of fuel. Alhamdolillah it was still going and I refuelled as I reached the pump of my choice. So I can safely say that without carburettor adjustment, the car is returning 9+ kms/litre. Amazing.
