it's just before the main westridge bazzar near the watertower. As for updates,... no luck so far as i'm suffering from chronic back pains lately and i can't even sit properly at the moment.

I recieved a VERY VERY pleasant call today from a dear friend of mine who has sourced 4 chrome porsch rims for me (15 inch) and i hope to be sharing the pics with you all some time soon. I'm in SUCH a good mood today

I also found the original owners manual (some scanned pics attached) for the exact model of my car (1303) as well as a plethora of 1303 information.

Sammer they 90% like this the one you posted. Except they are in chrome and little more curvy at the bottom where you mount the wheel the part before the lip.

but what i know off the bugs are rear wheel drive and hence have different pcd. The one in question is off a civic which is fwd.

one more thing go to www.lensowheel.com and go to products and in the search box type VL2. The design that will pop up have that in 17 but thats a brand new set and the pcd is for a rear wheel.
Even that can be arranged but for that i would have to search both of my grave yard of cars.

PCD isn't an issue as i can machine my drums to accept anything or use spacers, my main concern is the ET (offset) as i don't want the rims sticking out too much. Ideally around 15-23 ET woudl be ideal, but everythign can be suited to fit.

the VL2's would look great on my 190E but i'm not too sure as to how they'd look on my beetle. they look alot like the Borbet Type "C" which came on the 190E Evo II.

u remind me of my cousin who booked a santro (when it used to have 3-4 months delivery time). each month he used to purchase accessorries in advance including rims, fog lights etc etc .... lol

LOL! what to do buddy? LOL! but when building a project car (and restoring) you have to start hording parts from the get-go so that you'll have everythign by the time it's body (frame) is ready.

I checked my parts list today and the cost will be closer to 5 lacks now, but if i anage to get all the parts i want it'll be worth every penny!!
