***Rebuilding my VW 1303 Superbeetle***

Update: 22-04-07

All stripped of paint and body test fit to chassis

Many pieces fit and every panel straightened

Alot of rust found on the rear of the car

right side had lest rust than left for some reason

New door sills fitted (18 guage steel)

New patches for front inner fender (right side)

New patches for front inner fender (left side)

New sill fit to drivers side as well (it's LHD)

Sills fit from front to back for added structural rigidity

This is how it's all lining up right now

nope, not at all. i prefer LHD over RHD as i have driven mostly LHD in my life (more precision and control while driving on the limit & shifting fast)

hopefully if it all goes according to plan it'll be metallic orange,... or if i can find the right shade of candy/pearl it might be candy apple red/orange

arey bhai, itna kharcha kar key you expect me to ALSO fit wheels?? I wanted to keep it on axle stands,.. LOL!

Paint it Black
Get some wild rimz
And putt on some WILD stickers to rock
Change interior (if you want to)
get a spoiler on the back just near the rear light.

And the hardest of all (try to change its hud)

a chop top is being prepared which has ALOT of potential but lets see what the guy does,... if not i'm going to try to "out do" my roadster with the next VW i'm about to start on soon.

i love that car with the custom hood and the flame job,.. i've seen somethign similar before but this one looks alot better (Y)

as for the parts i have a supplier in Pindi (moqeem) he sources most parts, but speciality parts (like those specifically for the 1303) have to be imported privately.
