As you can see ...2/3 inches above the rusted part....to weld the repair panel with the "healthy" metal...

Removing the remains of the previous rusted panel....Notice the "BODY TO CHASSIS " clamp in place and intact ...which will be welded to the new panel which we fabricated and will be fitting shortly after these repair panels....

Cleaning the area with Wire brush to get rid of burnt paint and loose rust...

Thank you so much dear for appreciation...I am really Obliged and happy that you like it.....Playing with old metal (classic cars) is something which I am into from an early age...and this hobby is going on....

As far as Traveling is concerned.....It all started after the demise of my mother in 2009....Before that , I had no interest in traveling at all ....and that too was an attempt to "BRING" myself back to life after the death of my mother....
As I have hardly traveled and seen a little...lets hope to travel more in future and see nature...GOD WILLING....

cutting long story short and skipping some pics to avoid Repetition of the same procedure...lets jump to this pic which is showing completed repair/replacement of the rusted parts....this is left rear inner wheel arch....Right one was shared in detail....

And right rear wheel arch.....

So like this both right and left rear wheel arches were repaired and all the rusted metal was replaced with healthy metal..

Before moving further and replacing the floor pan....we had to take care of the base of "B POST" pillar...both on left and right side...
First of all removed paint n Layers of putty from the front side of rear panels.....
