I'm in Quetta and so far I'verecharged my dish TV only once about 2 months back. I didn't explore much rather i just contacted the shop from where i purchased my dish tv receiver and he charged me rs 2500/- for three months. Now my card is valid till 12 Sep 11.
Now, if i google; dish tv reacharge in Pakistan i see contact no of people offering recharge at very low rates like rs 450/- a month to 4200/- for the year. Yet the comments column of few links show that some people have been conned by this low rates offer thing.
My questions are :-
--- what is the recharge rate in big cities like karachi, lhr and rwp
---- has anyone tried this low rate offer
--- Is it possible that i buy a card from some other city and recharge my account through web? if yes ? on what site .... (just like v buy the mobile cards and i don't have a paypal like account)
