Recomend me rims n tyres for DAEWOO CIELO

new 2 pakwheels kindly recomend me alloys n tyres for daewoo cielo so that abs can also work good n suspension also remains soft... n tell me that should i go for used tyres n rims which r available in CHAH SULTAN RWP. when i visited last time to chah sultan i saw a set of rims i think that was of 18" with low profiles n they were saying 17 thousand n exchange with my stock rims n tyres. should i go for that deal??? n my ABS is not working good my car skips on harsh brakes n when i pushes brake pedal my car vibrates n slows down. is there any kind of fault in my cars brake system??? n to whom i should concern to fix the problem???

If its Not a daily runner then 15s will be fine.
If it is a daily runner then 14s are good.

And check your wheel size again, i think it is 13, if it is then max you can do is 15 with very low profile.

they are like poison to ur suspension and u will not get the same fuel average, your meter may start showing wrong speed E.g u are at 100 on your meter when ur really at 106...i would suggest you go for 15" rims with 195/55/R15 tyres!

i am going to buy very 1st car in my life. I am the resident of islamabad, and intended to buy a daewoo racer (my favourite car). But some people saying that daewoo has no market value. Kindly guide me should i buy daewoo, and what is the resale value of the daewoo.

do not install generic off the shelf rims on your daewoo racer, your car has hubcentric wheels meaning that the actual load of the car is on the hub snout of the wheel and the wheels themselves are sitting flat on the hub face, the bolts are there just to keep them in place. There were 2 types of bolts used, conical seat bolts and ball seat bolts - and you need either new bolts or matching wheels to your original lug bolts.

If you use non-hubcentric wheels - they will come off the car when in motion. And double check the offset of the wheels you install, they should completely match the original otherwise you will have very stupid steering behaviour.

For any alloy wheel for your car, the mount face should be flush and the hub centre bore should be a tight fit on the hub snout. In countries out of Pakistan you can buy centre sleeves for such purposes. In Pakistan the wheel shops are super arrogant in dealing. I wonder how they do business.

If its a Daewoo Racer converted to Ceilo then stock rim size is 13". If u use 15" rims even with low profile tyres, your rear tyres will touch the body unless u pull both the sides out or use spacers (which really gives a very stupid look). I'd recommend that stick to the original size.

With reference to the Viberation problem that u face while applying break, it might be due to deshaped disks. skimming of disks (if they r not already skimmed and have capacity) may resolve the problem and if disks are not repareable then solution would be to replace them.

im using 15" alloys with centre sleeves and Dunlop 195/55/R15 tires for the last 5 yrs. Rear tires touch the back fender only if 3 persons sitting on the back seat.
