Recommend any good workshop/ mechanic in Lahore

I want to get a complete check up of my car Honda Civic 1997 EXI Auto Transmission.

Can anyone recommend some good mechanic/ workshop in Lahore? (Will prefer to get my car inspected by a bit educated and technical guy) And I will prefer to get workdone from any of the following areas due to my convenience:
Faisal Town
Model Town
Garden Town
Town Ship
Johar Town
Jail Road will be fine too but is far from my place.

The things i need to get checked are
1. The Suspension / brakes
2. Auto Transmission (gear oil getting dirty frequently and also heating up).
3. Get some other things checked like the condition of Engine (rings , pistons and any other things).

All in all i want my car to be trouble free so that i can use it without paying frequent visits to mechanics.

Will really appreciate replies if you know some good workshops or mechanics who can handle auto transmission and efi work efficiently.

yaar bhai Faisal town pae jao, aur dusree light pae left turn karo, ustaad klu ko bolna mai nae baeja hai aup ko.

Faisal town is surrounded by 3 main roads. koan se road say ja ker kis signal say left turn keroon.. aisay naee pata chalay gaa..

do give me some address or tell the nearest location.
like ravi restaurant?? tabaq restuarant? or the other side? faisal hospital? or jinnah hospital side or akbar chowk side? aisay kaisay pata chalay gaa...

and your profile shows you live in states. If its been long time you have been to Lahore, then do note the the area is totally changed. All the roads surrounding faisal town are commercial now and have taken up by restaurants and furniture showrooms and clincs and laboratories etc.

Plz can you eloborate a bit more, if the ustadd is really good i will visit him.

i didnt use any auto trans earlier. i had a khyber earlier and i just get it oil changed and filter changed as i bought it brand new and there wasnt any work needed for that. once i had the suspension thing done from a faisal town mechanic and thats it.

Other is brand new city so it doesnt needs any mechanic.

But now i have bought a used one from my frined its civic and its auto trans. he was not using it for like 2 years. just startinga and a 2-3 km ride per week so that its stays in running condition.

I want to get it checked completely so that i t should not give any trouble in my daily routine. I want to get the suspension checks the gear oil , the air intake etc etc...

No idea about any mechanic for aut tranny. the city i have is manual one and i never took it to mechanic, it is totally stock.

bad experience with honda city sales even for filter and oil change... have to wait and wait,

they wil never give any attentionto a 10 years old car

plus if some parts needed for suspenion which i think will be as i am feeling some loose tyre ends in front, they will put all the new stuff and that will cost damn high. so bilal gunj parts will do the work if needed so that is why asking for a got mechanic operating privately.

SunTech workshop in KotLakhpat area has good repute. It is located on Peco road near Kot Lakhpat railway station.

thanks. i have got it. the owner is mr. Awais. Right? i know them personally as well. they were my neighbours longtime back and they had a workshop named suntech at peco road. going from akbar chowk towards ittefaqq foundries.

mechanic fixing my civic 98 is far off from yr place - i also sent my car for complete chk up - bought new parts for Honda from Honda shop on montgomery road.

Honda Life 2009

Issue 1:

Engine check lite of cat converted after clear up by mechanic. He removed all the material from inside the Cat converter.

Issue 2:

I need to check my car Gearbox as gear shifting is very slow and fuel average is 11/liter without AC.

One mechanic recommended to get you gear box changed.

Anyone have any idea of mechanic who is specialized in auto transmission gear checkup or replace.
