I have this
https://www.bosshome.com/product/air-cooler-ecm-7000/
consumes 145 watts including the water pump and fan motor (didn't check swing motor power consumption as I don't use that function)
with 35C intake temp with approx 20% relative humidity, delta T is approx 10-11C (got these figures 2 days back, in Lhr)
only thing I miss is, ball float valve, other than that it's okay
I hope that helps

further info if you're interested
on average, nowadays it's consuming approx 6.66 Litre water per hour (I fill 10 litre every 1.5 hours)
and my room volume is 60m³
in lhr, today max temp was 44
inside home, cooler air intake temp is +-35-36C
and temp in room is 30.4-30.5C with 40-45% relative humidity
I have dc ceiling fans too so I turn on both fans simultaneously at no 2 alongside with cooler, each fan consumes 15 watts at no 2, add those 30 watts too
cooler 145-watt and 30-watt fans
so with 175 watts, I'm maintaining +-30.5C in a 60m³ room which is relatively cheaper as compared to ac
last night, ac was consuming 1.18 amps (260 watts) for maintaining 29.5C in the same room
