In my opinion, the Advan dB wear out fast and loses its efficacy even faster. It’s a wonderful tyre and delivers what it promises other than the observations. In 22,000/- range Eurostars are the best budget tyres. They are optimal for your model, you get them fresh and they wouldn’t break the bank.
Other than that my experience with Pirellis has not been very charming. Continentals are a better option as well as Michelin provided you are sure what you’re buying and ready to shell out some cash. As far as Dunlop is concerned, I’d suggest to stay away from any model or version in the same price range as the Eurostars as you’ll not be benefiting in anyway other than the logo.
