70% of 51 is 35.7. So, 35 PSI should be good. But for these tyres, it feels a little on the higher side. I've driven them on both 32 and 35. They don't feel right on either.
I have had nothing but great experience with Dunlop tyres in the last 10 years of driving different cars. But every time, I moved to Dunlop from a less premium tyre, mostly from the General brand, so the difference was phenomenal. However, moving from Kumho's to Dunlop, while I notice the difference in grip and noise reduction, I have lost most of the comfort.
