Recommendation of car around 25 lac for Father

My father is a healthy cognitive 80 year old who loves to be out and about in his car. Currently, he is running an aging Honda Civic 2008 that is a regular to the mechanic. I need recommendations for a newer car which is automatic, comfy for mother and father and maintenance-free. Budget is around 25 lacs. He has usually driven sedans, but I am open to a smaller car as well since it will mostly be him alone or sometimes with my mother. I am looking for a used car with these as the most important priorities:

1. Automatic and smooth drive
2. Low Maintenance
3. Newer car which is safe to buy used
4. Smaller car to maneuver easily
5. Fuel economy is not as important since driving is usually very close

The feel of the car is what makes u feel amazing.
Get him a clean 2006 to 2012 Axio 1.6 non hybrid clean car under 1 lac diven or get him a 2005 2006 premio 1.8 x but clean not more than 1.2 lac driven. It will cost you 25 to 30ish. Inbetween range.
