Recommended engine oil for corolla 2004 1.3 2NZ-Fe

Dear experts i need your opinion regarding best engine oil for my car 2004 gli engine changed by previous onwer never installed cng. Pervious onwer was using 10W-40 HX6 shell oil i also pour same one but now i want to change it with company recommended oil 5w-20,5w-30,10w-30 i don't know which one to use i choose three engine oil from market SAE.10w-30 Havoline oil, synthetic formula HX7 5w-30 shell oil, or 5w-30 fully synthetic honda altas oil. Now any expert suggest me should i use the one i am using or go for a change and if i go for a change which one should I use thanks

What is the ODO reading?

Havoline 5W 30 is the best choice among these.

Its about 200k but engine was changed by previous onwer so can't say anything 5w-30 havoline or 5w-30 shell

If engine is changed then better stick to 10W40.

Firstly, the Changed Engine's Condition is always uncertain regardless of how Technical Savvy are you.
Second method is hit n trial, like if you really want to change the Oil Grade, then Change slowly, like form 10-40 to 10-30 and closely monitor the health of the engine. Then, if Engine is okay, stick to the new grade for like 2 oil changes. After that then go for the next oil grade like 5-30.

I switched my car to10w-30 havoline but i don't sure its synthetic or semi synthetic because its written deposit sheild technology so not sure.
